What titles do your estates carry?
It depends on the estate, and we state it clearly on every listing: Providence Farm Resort carries a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), Tiara Cradle has a Registered Survey with C of O issued in the client's name, and Brookvale is on Government Excision with C of O in view.
How do the payment plans work?
Every property starts with an initial deposit — from ₦300,000 for plots or ₦1,200,000 per acre. The balance is spread over 6 or 12 months. Longer plans attract a small interest on the total cost (5–20% depending on the estate and plan), shown to you before you commit.
When is my land reserved?
The moment your deposit is confirmed. Pay by transfer to the official company account shown in the app, upload your receipt, and our team verifies it within 72 hours. Your plot or acres are then taken off the market for you.
When do I get my documents?
Documentation — Deed of Assignment, registered survey, and C of O where the listing includes it — is processed on full payment. Keep your name exactly as you want it on your land documents; we capture it that way at onboarding.
How does the farmland produce income?
Each acre at Providence Farm Resort carries about 500 cocoa trees and 500 plantain trees, fully managed by our farm team with irrigation, security, and farm insurance. Planting begins the planting season after your full payment. Plantain produces yearly; cocoa yields from the third year — projected around 1,000kg per acre.
What if I miss payments or need a refund?
Catch up any time within your plan period. Delays beyond the approved period attract a 5% charge on the outstanding balance. If you request a refund, it is processed at 60% of the total amount paid, completed within 6 months, per our subscription terms.
